In his role at Peak Path Health, Arman works closely with individuals throughout the treatment process, providing case management, individualized support, treatment and aftercare planning, crisis intervention, resource coordination, and advocacy. He also facilitates psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and relapse-prevention principles.
Arman is completing the Alcohol and Substance Use Disorder Counseling Certificate Program through UCLA Extension and continues to expand his education and training in substance use disorder treatment, peer support, and behavioral healthcare. His background also includes Veteran peer support, where he has helped fellow Veterans access resources, navigate challenges, and build connections to supportive services.
At the heart of Arman’s work is a simple philosophy: recovery is not one-size-fits-all. He believes each person deserves to be heard, respected, and supported in developing a path forward that is meaningful to them. Whether helping someone navigate practical barriers, prepare for the next level of care, or simply recognize their own strengths, Arman strives to provide the same humanity and respect he would want for someone he cares about.
