Glynis Franz brings nearly six years of hands-on experience in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space. Starting in an entry-level administrative role, her work ethic and commitment quickly propelled her into leadership. As the first employee at a startup program, she advanced to Housing Director, Admissions Coordinator, and ultimately Director of Business Development—giving her a unique ground-up perspective on building treatment organizations.

She later led business development for a multi-site organization with 100+ clients across seven facilities, where she built and managed SEO and ad campaigns while leading a high-performing outreach team.

Deeply connected to the recovery community, Glynis brings empathy, authenticity, and innovation to her work. Outside of Peak Path, she is an avid marathon runner, live music enthusiast, and proud Boston native now enjoying the California sun.
