Adrienne Biddle is a Primary Therapist at Peak Path Health and a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

Her approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative, grounded in the belief that many of the patterns people struggle with began as necessary ways of protecting themselves. Using an attachment-informed and trauma-responsive lens, Adrienne helps clients understand how early relationships and past experiences continue to shape their emotions, behaviors, boundaries, and connections with others. She integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, family systems, EFT, and Gottman-informed interventions. Her goal is to offer thoughtful therapy with warmth, humor, depth, and direction — helping clients develop practical coping skills, greater self-compassion, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of feeling grounded and at home within themselves.

Adrienne earned her Master of Science with Distinction in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge, and has experience providing individual, group, family, and partner therapy across detox, residential, PHP, and IOP treatment settings. Her clinical work includes crisis assessment and safety planning, relapse prevention, biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, program development, and the use of standardized measures to monitor progress. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Master of Fine Arts from the Peter Stark Producing Program at the University of Southern California.

Before becoming a therapist, Adrienne spent more than two decades in film development and production, serving in senior leadership roles and producing six feature films that received major distribution. That career strengthened her ability to listen for the story beneath the presenting problem, hold multiple perspectives, remain steady in complex situations, and build meaningful connections with people from varied backgrounds. Today, she brings that experience into a therapeutic relationship that is relational, strengths-based, practical, and deeply human — creating space for honest exploration while helping clients turn increased awareness into meaningful, sustainable change.
