Shaza Hummel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After working as an RN in hospital settings for 8 years, she earned a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Azusa Pacific University and later completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health at California State University, Los Angeles. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. Her experience includes critical care nursing, clinical research, and work as a primary provider within a variety of inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment programs. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and picking fresh fruit from the garden.
